Dziś znów bedzie anielsko. A to za sprawą Oli, które jeździ po Polsce i świecie i pasjami robi fotografie Piety w świątyniach. Posiada spis swoich spotkań z tym niezwykłym wizerunkiem Marii i Chrystusa. Poprosiła też o informacje i zdjęcia napotkanych figur. Ja napomknęłam o moich poszukiwaniach św. Michała Archanioła i tak oto otrzymałam kilka ciekawych zdjęć. Przysłała mi jeszcze inne, ale muszę je ściagnąć i opracować.

To moje zdjęcia z Czerniewa. Na mapach Google zaznaczone jako miejsce kultu na Czerniewie. Z cudowną studzienką. Coś dziwnego w miejscu dawnej kaplicy, po której zostały fundamenty. W szczerym polu, kawałek od drogi, wkoło stada czajek (tak naprawdę wtedy tylko one mnie interesowały. Ale św Archanioł Michał stoi z uniesionym mieczem.
A to mój dawny kościół parafialny - Fara Poznańska czyli Bazylika kolegiacka Matki Bożej Nieustającej Pomocy, św. Marii Magdaleny i św. Stanisława Biskupa w Poznaniu. Tyle lat bywałam regularnie w tej świątyni, a dopiero niedawno dowiedziałam się, że jeden z ołtarzy bocznych jest poświecony Św. Michałowi.

"Today will be angelic again. This is thanks to Ola, who travels around Poland and the world, passionately photographing Pieta in churches. Wonderful series of pictures, Ludmila. I am sure that this quest has been very interesting for you. I recently read a piece which dwelt on the fact that Poland is one of the most catholic nations on Earth, yet equally one of the most virulently antisemitic. How can these two polarities be reconciled? Better I stick with nature! Veey best wishes - David
OdpowiedzUsuńDawid! That's not entirely true. We're supposedly Catholics, but there's a perpetual war going on. They're radical, thinking they're better than others, and they're often anti-Semitic. I'm a bit ashamed of them. I think people in Poland are as diverse as in any other country. I don't know a single anti-Semite. My mother always admired the Jews who were her neighbors before the war. They were hardworking and educated, and they had principles.

The wooden church stole the show :-) But it's great that everyone noticed it. It's a place for contemplation, pausing, and reflection. And Saint Archangel Michael watches over everything.

Merci Cindy ! Moi aussi, j'aime bien cette petite église en bois, en fait c'est une église orthodoxe. Ces temples ont un charme extraordinaire ! Les photos de l'église ont été prises par mon amie Ola. Elle est à la retraite et a beaucoup de temps pour voyager à travers la Pologne.

UsuńHello Ludmila, Prachtige kerken, speciaal die van hout spreekt mij erg aan. De vele kunstwerken die gemaakt zijn om het geloof uit te dragen zijn prachtige werken. Zo door heel Europa is er een schat aan deze kunstwerken te bewonderen.
